Course Format and General Information
Course Schedule
Classes begin on Monday, February 9th (2026).
Week 1: February 9
Week 2: February 16 (live Q and A from 6-7pm MT)
Week 3: February 23
Week 4: March 2
Course Content
Video lessons are released the Monday of each week.
Each module consists of:
(1) 45 minute video lesson
Accompanying PDF with notes and resources and clarifying review work.
Templates for communicating with clients (or for your own educational use)

Google Classroom serves as the repository for downloadable PDF’s, templates, and MP4 video files.
Each module is clearly organized within the classroom for your ease and convenience.

Course Modules

Module 1
In the first module, students learn how to start neuroprotective, medicinal species from seed, where to source plant material/nursery stock, and tips for seedling care.

Module 2
In module two, we dive into three different brain-supportive garden designs; the anti-inflammatory, the nervine, and the nutritive. Here, we explore both overlapping and distinct species.

Module 3
In the third module, we explore different garden designs for different spaces that you might encounter - using these plants. Soil and other environmental considerations are covered here - as well as how to incorporate direct-seeded crops with transplants - in real life.

Module 4
Module 4 provides students with post-harvest instructions so that the neuroprotective benefits of these plants make it to the kitchens of your clients or your own home - drying and recipes are highlighted here.
